Canned Lion Hunting Must Be Banned – Global Lion March – March 15, 2014 – As the day to “roar for the lions” gets closer – it is obvious that people from every walk of life and from 48 cities around the world care that lions are being murdered. Rich, selfish trophy-hunting men and women take part in a so-called “hunt” where an often drugged animal – trusting of humans since birth – is released into a controlled area and then slaughtered for sport with guns or bows.

Head (kill shots) are not used so the “trophy head” will remain in pristine condition. This is not a noble death – this is not a fair death. This is the sport of a spineless coward – a self-absorbed, attention seeking killer. A person with no substance or character – no compassion – no moral compass and no honour.

Lions Belong To The Wind – The Rain – The Sunshine – The Stars At Night And The Dew In The Soft Morning Light – They Are Not Ours To Kill
