The Oak And The Heather
Mark Stewart’s Haunting Story Of Survival
The Oak And The Heather – He had been running for a long time, so long that he could no longer feel his legs. His feet were cut and blistered, ripped by a razor wire mesh of brambles and thorns, and his body heaved with the effort of breathing.

ABH – Inspirational Sayings
ABH – Inspirational Sayings – May 2015 – If there is one thing that I know – it’s that all people who love animals have their hearts nicked or broken every day. But then we focus on the task at hand – which is creating awareness to help them – and get back to doing the job that stirs our passions and helps to correct human wrongs!

Stop The Badger Cull In The U.K.
Killing Is NOT The Answer
Stop The Badger Cull In The U.K. – People with small minds and no imagination almost always resort to “killing”as the answer to most areas of conflict between Nature and human kind. Hang the science – forget that culls are very rarely successful and incredibly expensive – let’s just go and kill animals!

Rage – Thou Art Now My Constant Companion
Please Tell Me That I Am Not Alone
Rage – Thou Art Now My Constant Companion – “Perhaps there is a Book of Life – in it will be found the name of “every” beautiful animal – bird – fish – and even a dragonfly named Lucy – who has ever graced the Earth. They will be remembered by the Universe because they were good and selfless. Missing from this book will be the name of every human”. I wrote this on a morning when I was feeling particularly repelled by human kind. By noon I had mellowed after seeing some good news stories.
